Toastmasters International
Kim Chow is the Past District Secretary of Toastmasters International District 51 (formerly comprising clubs in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong).
She is the Past President of Friendship Toastmasters Club.
She is also the Past President of the Malay language Toastmasters club called Kelab Pidato Kuala Lumpur.
